These Terms apply when you book an appointment with the salon using Go Beyond Booking (GoBB).
By booking or using GoBB, you agree to these Terms.
1. How GoBB Works
Go Beyond Booking (GoBB) is a booking platform that helps you schedule services with the salon.
- The salon provides the services
- GoBB provides the technology
- GoBB is not the salon, stylist, or service provider
Your appointment is a direct agreement between you and the salon.
2. Your Appointment with the Salon
When you book, you agree to the salon’s:
- Services and pricing
- Availability
- Cancellation & no-show policy
- Late arrival rules
- Refund or credit policy
These rules are set by the salon, not by GoBB, and may vary from one salon to another.
3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
Each salon has its own policy, which may include:
- Required notice to cancel or reschedule
- Fees for late cancellations
- Charges for missed appointments (no-shows)
By booking, you authorize the salon to apply these rules if needed.
If you have a question or dispute, contact the salon directly.
4. Payments & Deposits
Depending on the salon:
- You may be asked to pay a deposit or the full amount
- Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (such as Stripe)
GoBB does not set prices, issue refunds, or control salon fees.
Transaction fees charged by payment providers are non-refundable.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate contact and payment information
- Show up on time or follow the salon’s rescheduling rules
- Respect the salon’s staff, space, and policies
- Use GoBB honestly and respectfully
6. Packages, Gift Cards & Promotions (If Offered)
If the salon offers packages, memberships, or gift cards:
- Terms are defined by the salon
- Expiration, refunds, and usage rules are set by the salon
- GoBB only supports the booking and tracking
7. Communication & Notifications
By booking, you agree to receive:
- Appointment confirmations
- Reminders
- Service-related messages (SMS, email, or app notifications)
You can manage notification preferences where available.
8. Privacy & Your Data
Your privacy matters.
- The salon owns its client relationship and data
- GoBB only uses your data to operate and improve the service
- We do not sell personal data

9. Service Availability
GoBB works hard to stay reliable, but:
- Occasional downtime or technical issues may occur
- We are not responsible for internet, device, or third-party failures
Bookings affected by technical issues should be handled with the salon.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by Washington State law:
- GoBB is not responsible for the quality of salon services
- GoBB is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid to GoBB (if any)
11. Account Misuse
We may restrict access if there is:
- Fraud or abuse
- Repeated no-shows or misuse
- Attempts to harm or disrupt the platform
12. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated occasionally.
Continued use of GoBB means you accept the latest version.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
